iMed Staffing is proud to present a unique opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in shoulder reconstruction to join our esteemed group of professionals in southern Oregon.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced surgeon who can contribute to the growth and success of our team. As a member of our group, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established single specialty orthopedic group consisting of 6 physicians. Our organization values a collegial environment and provides support staff including Medical Assistants, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners to share patient loads.
The ideal candidate will have completed a fellowship program in shoulder reconstruction or sports medicine and have a strong interest in shoulder surgery. You will be provided with two days of blocked OR time per week, which is negotiable. This allows you to focus on your practice while also having a manageable workload.
Our clinic volume averages 26 patients per day, making it an ideal setting for those who value efficiency and productivity. Call responsibilities are 1 in 6 weekdays and 1 in 6 weekends for general orthopedic call. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a highly competitive salary and partnership opportunities that can be earned quickly.
