Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our Willys Mexicana Group team in Brookhaven, GA. As a Cashier/Cook, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Restock supplies, clean equipment, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Participate in FUELED BY FUN Taco Talks, which encourages and recognizes performance, anniversaries, and birthdays.
  • Be QUALITY CRAZED when cooking and preparing food accurately, following recipe cards and safety standards.
  • Passionately create Hero Moments for our customers.
  • Operate the cash register and POS system accurately and efficiently.
  • Willingness to operate restaurant equipment, including fryers and grills.
  • Willingness to understand and follow health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, scrub equipment, and lift 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
  • Ability to walk and stand during the entire shift.
  • Most importantly, a desire to have fun on the job
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
