Job Title: Communications Network Engineer

Job Summary:
Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking a skilled Communications Network Engineer to support our federal client in Lorton, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and managing complex telecommunications and local and wide area networks (LANs/WANs).

Responsibilities:
  • Support custom software in support of agency needs.
  • Assist and support users at remote sites with questions relating to commercial and custom applications.
  • Monitor custom applications and services for performance and service issues.
  • Review legal/agency documents submitted by divisional offices.
  • Configure requests for intercept in custom software applications.
  • Troubleshoot configured intercepts after notification from the field.

Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to pass agency background investigation.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or similar discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Understanding of an IT environment.
  • Ability to utilize custom software in support of the customer.
