Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable with the fast-paced environment of a hospital.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized patient care plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans that address their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting.
