Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer - Outpatient

ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in Deepwater, New Jersey.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform diagnostic echocardiograms and assist physicians in the diagnosis of cardiac disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform 2D, M-Mode, CW, PW, and Color Flow Doppler echocardiograms
  • Perform stress echocardiograms
  • Perform IV starts for Dobutamine stress testing
  • Recognize normal and abnormal echocardiograms
  • Operate Ascend porting and non-invasive procedures and equipment
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree
  • Certification from ARDMS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, RDCS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (Registered Cardiovascular Technologist, RCVT)
  • IV experience with saline contrast
  • Experience in stress echo, dobutamine stress echo and adult echo
