Job Title: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Alaska Medical Center.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological disorders.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
