Chief Psychologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Psychologist to join our team at Health & Human Services Comm. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing professional supervision and consultation to our psychology staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional supervision and consultation to psychology staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological services to clients.
• Evaluate psychological/behavioral services and develop plans of improvement as needed to address needs/deficiencies.
• Ensure ongoing training and technical assistance to assigned professional staff to facilitate service delivery and professional growth.
• Ensure coordination and integration of psychological/behavioral services with other areas throughout the facility.
• Participate in the joint selection and orientation of assigned staff to ensure appropriate screening, hiring process, and effective selection/orientation.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology.
• Experience in administering psychological service in the inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis and behavior support plan development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make varied decisions within broad guidelines/parameters.
