We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage safety equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.
  • Develop and maintain safety documentation, including safety procedures, incident reports, and training records.
  • Collaborate with operations management to ensure HSE compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental health and safety or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a HSE role, preferably in the Petrochemical or Power Generation industries.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
