- Conduct site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Manage safety equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.
- Develop and maintain safety documentation, including safety procedures, incident reports, and training records.
- Collaborate with operations management to ensure HSE compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental health and safety or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a HSE role, preferably in the Petrochemical or Power Generation industries.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
