We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at STK Steakhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.

• Operate and maintain the dish machine, ensuring it is clean and functioning properly.
• Monitor and control the dish machine water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware, maintaining adequate levels of clean items for the dining room and kitchen.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized, adhering to STK Steakhouse's high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to the dumpster at designated times.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required, ensuring all areas meet STK Steakhouse's quality standards.
• Assist other kitchen staff with cleaning, cooking, prepping, and receiving tasks as needed.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
