Position Overview:
The Patient Service Specialist plays a crucial role in the delivery and management of durable medical equipment (DME) and rehabilitation services. Responsibilities include the maintenance, delivery, collection, and repair of medical equipment, as well as providing instruction to patients on the proper use of these devices. This role also involves assisting patients in completing account information forms and, when necessary, collecting payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on oxygen concentrators and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and state regulations.
- Complete health screening physicals and maintain a valid medical card while on duty.
- Participate in random drug and alcohol testing as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and enhance patient care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Valid Driver's License - State of Florida
