Job Summary

The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve sales goals and implement store initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
