Job Title: Intake Specialist

Helping Hands Home Care Service is a leading provider of home care services in Pennsylvania, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to our patients. We are seeking an experienced Intake Specialist to join our team, responsible for overseeing our recruiting and hiring strategy, as well as developing and implementing job descriptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top talent
  • Prepare team members for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Develop and maintain company social media presence
  • Update organization handbook and job descriptions
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results
  • Explore and evaluate potential employee benefits programs
  • Design and implement a filing and retrieval system for historic people records
  • Assist with organization communication

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. They will be responsible for enhancing and overseeing our organization's recruiting and hiring strategy, as well as developing and implementing job descriptions. Qualifications:
  • Must complete the agency's employment process
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must exhibit mature, responsible behavior, and understand consumer confidentiality
  • Must be able to follow directions and work as a team
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from assignments
  • Human Resources experience preferred
