Columbia Healthcare is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in the 4 corners region of New Mexico.
About the Position:
- We are a hospital-employed CRNA position, working alongside five full-time Anesthesiologists, fourteen CRNAs, and three Anesthesia Techs.
- Covered procedures include General, Acute Pain Service, Pre-op screening, Out-patient surgery, Neurosurgery, Trauma Anesthesia, Critical Care Medicine, Orthopedic, Pediatric, Obstetric, Thoracic Anesthesia, Ped/Adult Dental, and OMFS.
- Shifts include 8s, 10s, and 12s, divided over the work week, with week on/week off, night float, and regular day coverage.
- Weekend and weekday call is rotated.
- We are dedicated to quality care and excellent patient satisfaction, committed to providing personalized and compassionate service.
- We are in the process of transitioning to a system-wide IT platform/Cerner.
- A night position is also available for an experienced CRNA, split between two providers.
About the Compensation and Benefits:
- We offer a competitive base salary based on MGMA data and experience.
- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) / six weeks, with one week CME w/stipend.
