We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on 1st shift. The successful candidate will have a starting pay rate of $75,000 to $80,000 and will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC and other machines.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
- Investigate equipment failures to diagnose root causes and implement repairs.
- Recommend future preventative measures to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience.
- CNC machining repair and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and/or schematics.
