The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with complex piping systems, including steam, compressed air, city water, gases, sewer, and other utilities. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, fabricating, installing, inspecting, and testing piping systems on board our ships and in our manufacturing facilities.

You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from new construction to maintenance and repair. Our pipe fitters are skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work and strive to deliver high-quality results every time.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Climb ladders and work at extreme heights
  • Work in small, tight, or confined spaces
  • Kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb on a daily basis
  • Lift heavy objects weighing 40 lbs. or more
  • Work while repeatedly reaching overhead
  • Work indoors or outdoors year-round in all weather conditions

We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in plumbing and mechanical codes, as well as journeyman's plumbing licenses. Experience in the installation and repair of live mechanical piping systems is highly desirable.
