We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Bellevue, WA. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders; assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and providing comfort care in accordance with each patient's care plan; documenting assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record; coordinating with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plans; conducting routine patient screenings and assessments, such as TB screening; and demonstrating compassion and patience when working with patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Position Details:

This is a per diem position with flexible shifts available. You will be working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) focused on providing high-quality long-term and short-term patient care. The facility is located in Bellevue, WA, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent required
  • Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN license in WA state
  • Certification: Current BLS certification required
  • Experience: SNF or long-term care experience preferred
  • Two positive work references
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
