Position Summary
As a Vehicle Alignment Technician, you will handle all facets of alignment and related services for various automotive vehicles. This role offers significant potential for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting and selling comprehensive vehicle alignment services for cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles
- Performing and selling additional vehicle services, including brake repairs, suspension maintenance, axle services, and oil changes
- Executing all types of tire services and repairs
- Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of service equipment and work areas
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated mechanical skills
- Familiarity with alignment and wheel balancing equipment for cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Background checks may be conducted, including employment history and criminal background
- Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in relevant vehicle service roles
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Preference for candidates with Hunter Combo Fundamental/Intermediate Alignment Level I, Level II, and Introduction to Advanced Driver Assist Systems certifications
