Position Summary
As a Vehicle Alignment Technician, you will handle all facets of alignment and related services for various automotive vehicles. This role offers significant potential for career advancement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting and selling comprehensive vehicle alignment services for cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles
  • Performing and selling additional vehicle services, including brake repairs, suspension maintenance, axle services, and oil changes
  • Executing all types of tire services and repairs
  • Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of service equipment and work areas

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with alignment and wheel balancing equipment for cars, light trucks, and commercial vehicles
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Background checks may be conducted, including employment history and criminal background
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years in relevant vehicle service roles
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Clean driving record
    • Preference for candidates with Hunter Combo Fundamental/Intermediate Alignment Level I, Level II, and Introduction to Advanced Driver Assist Systems certifications
