We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken.
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families.
- Ensure high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area, including maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food, maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Communicate effectively with the members of the team and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Food Service experience preferred.
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification preferred.
