About the Position

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in California.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in our imaging department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Current ARRT certification in CT
  • California state license to practice as a radiology technologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50-100 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
