Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Function within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable.
