Quality Inspector Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Dothan, AL. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing inspections, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections of parts, subassemblies, or finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as required.
  • Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.
  • Accurately document the results of each inspection and testing.
  • Coordinate and/or perform calibration of all test equipment and fixtures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of related experience required.
  • Technical skills to perform basic mechanical inspection and gauging operations is preferred.
  • Previous experience with calipers and micrometers.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Good manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination.
