Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Framer to join our team at 37 Construction Specialists Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair structural issues with existing wood framing to ensure stability and safety
- Implement corrective measures to address framing deficiencies
- Perform light demolition tasks as needed to access and repair underlying structures
- Read and understand daily plans and directions
- Proven experience in carpentry and framing
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Own set of tools
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Full-time position
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience, ranging from $25 to $28
