Incredible Health is actively seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) Nurse to join their team in Langhorne, PA. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery, maintaining a safe and sterile environment in the OR.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the intra-operative care of patients, performing nursing and technical duties as assigned. Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery, communicating effectively with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care.
Requirements:
ADN or higher degree in nursing required, along with an active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license. 1+ years of experience in an OR or surgical setting preferred, with ACLS and PALS certification a plus. Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques essential, as well as excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of $49,900 to $104,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including healthcare coverage, 401K, paid time off, and tuition assistance.
