Job Description
Role Summary
The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a fun and efficient experience at our bars and cocktail tables. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, making recommendations to guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on upcoming movies, promotions, and events, providing guests with accurate information and enhancing their visit.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to food and alcohol safety guidelines and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction, working together to resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous bartending experience preferred.
  • Food handler and state alcohol certification required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, with increased hours during peak times.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at times.
