Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, working closely with caregivers to understand their priorities, and providing extensive training and mentoring to our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism
- Collaborate with caregivers to understand their priorities and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide training and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and autism treatment
- Contribute to the development of a supportive and collaborative work environment
- Master's degree in ABA or a related field
- BCBA certification
- 1+ years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
