Soliant Health is actively looking for qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team. We have opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles, focusing primarily on providing services to elementary school students. These positions will require onsite engagement with students.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to elementary-aged children.
- Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate therapy sessions and track student progress effectively.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other school personnel to enhance student communication objectives.
- Maintain precise records of student progress, therapy sessions, and evaluations.
- Engage in IEP meetings and assist in formulating student goals and necessary accommodations.
- Provide expert consultation to staff and parents regarding speech and language development and challenges.
- Commit to ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices.
- Adhere to district policies and procedures consistently.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possession of valid state licensure or the capability to obtain one.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred.
- Experience in an educational environment is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
