Speech-Language Pathologist Positions Available

Soliant Health is actively looking for qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team. We have opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles, focusing primarily on providing services to elementary school students. These positions will require onsite engagement with students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to elementary-aged children.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions and track student progress effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other school personnel to enhance student communication objectives.
  • Maintain precise records of student progress, therapy sessions, and evaluations.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and assist in formulating student goals and necessary accommodations.
  • Provide expert consultation to staff and parents regarding speech and language development and challenges.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices.
  • Adhere to district policies and procedures consistently.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Possession of valid state licensure or the capability to obtain one.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred.
  • Experience in an educational environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
