CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Aerotek. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, including setup and operation of multi-axis machines
• Perform complex set-ups for self and/or others
• Operate and adjust CNC machines to produce complex parts, assemblies, tooling, and fixtures
• Use and interpret statistical quality data to identify quality problems
• Knowledge of tooling speeds and feeds, offsets, and minor program changes
• Basic operational proficiency with multiple CNC machines
• Experience with working in a prototype and first piece rapid machining environment
• Must be able to use and interpret precision measuring equipment
• Willing to take on challenges with a “can-do” attitude
• High level of initiative, strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and follow-through
• Ability to competently perform all essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
