Job Summary

We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Children's Fitness Instructor to join our team at The Little Gym of Cary. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading engaging and fun fitness classes for children, as well as coordinating birthday parties and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach high-energy fitness classes to children, incorporating our proven curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Lead a team of instructors in teaching classes and running birthday parties on weekends.
  • Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families, ensuring a magical experience for all.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our members like family.
  • Be a leader and role model, making a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families in our community.
Requirements
  • Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children and adults alike.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • High energy level and a passion for working with children.
