We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Foreman/Lead Technician to join our team at a well-respected truck equipment company. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for leading diagnostics and troubleshooting, training service staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Operate as Lead Technician, providing training and direction to other technicians.
• Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting on more complex repairs.
• Work on customer equipment, primarily ag equipment and Class 8- Med/Heavy Duty Trucks.
• Train service staff using best practices in customer satisfaction and brand promotion.
• Develop and maintain a priority system for scheduling service work.
• Manage work order systems, including invoice logging and generating service invoices.
• Schedule and assign job and work areas to employees based on their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Perform other functions or duties as directed by management.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years of experience as a Service Tech or Mechanic.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Ability to lead a small team of technicians.
