CNC Machinist - Precision Fabrication Specialist

Job Description:
As a CNC Machinist - Precision Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to perform various machining operations. Your duties will include reading technical drawings, loading programs, positioning parts, monitoring machine operation, and ensuring work is completed within specified time frames. You will also need to follow safety procedures and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and data
• Load programs and position parts on the machine
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Assist other machinists with complex operations
• Comply with company standards for attendance

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to perform precision fabrication tasks
• Read and interpret technical drawings and data
• Load programs and position parts on the machine
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Requirements:

• High School diploma with 4+ years of experience in a machine shop environment
• 2-year Certification or Technical diploma in machine operating or a related field
