Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, as outlined in their care plan.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to supervisors.
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents as needed.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant Course.
  • Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
  • Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
