Job Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key role within the Maintenance Department, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance tasks. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, such as production and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers, PLC Networking, Hydraulics, Electrical, and Beverage Equipment Operations and repair.   • Project Management: Manage and track both scheduled and emergency work, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including production, quality assurance, and senior management, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
