About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher Assistant at Grace Management. As a key member of our dining services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain an automated dishwasher to ensure a clean and sanitized supply of dishes and utensils.
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Wash, dry, and restock plates, glasses, and silverware according to proper sanitation methods.
  • Assist with the storage and organization of kitchen supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to state and local regulations.
  • Support the Dining Services Director in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resident care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
