As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and dining equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load, operate, and unload the dishwashing machine while ensuring the dish area remains tidy and organized.
- Regularly check the dishwashing machine's water temperature to guarantee a sanitary washing process and promptly report any issues.
- Keep sufficient supplies of dish detergents and cleaning materials, as well as ensure the availability of clean dining and kitchen wares.
- Dispose of trash from the dish area at scheduled times.
Qualifications for Success:
- Availability to work Friday through Tuesday, including weekends and holidays, with shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM on Friday to Sunday and 3 PM to 12 AM on Monday.
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Effective communication skills with management, colleagues, and guests.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
