North American Roofing is a leading commercial roofing contractor seeking a seasoned Commercial Roofing Supervisor to lead our field crews in delivering high-quality roofing services across the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise field crews to ensure efficient and safe re-roof installations.
- Recruit, train, and develop crew members to meet safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular crew assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement training programs.
- Collaborate with project managers to review job scope, travel budgets, and hours to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as a liaison between field managers and project managers to resolve any issues or roadblocks.
- Review and approve weekly timekeeping and expense reports for crews.
- Monitor daily crew progress and labor hours to ensure budget adherence.
- Provide feedback on estimated hours and complete accident reports as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 10+ years of commercial roofing experience with a proven track record of leading multiple crews.
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to acquire within two months of hire.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
- Knowledge of local area codes and regulations a plus.
- Work in outdoor weather conditions, with frequent travel by car or plane.
- Repetitive bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Occasional use of heavy equipment and lifting heavy materials.
