A Career as an Emergency Department Nurse at Lowell General HospitalAs a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will work together to deliver timely, effective treatment to those who need it most. This position requires a minimum of one year of nursing experience, with opportunities for professional advancement and competitive benefits.
The Emergency Department at Saints Campus of Lowell General Hospital sees approximately 40,000 visits annually, making it a dynamic and challenging environment for nurses to grow and develop their skills. About the JobThis is a full-time opportunity working 36 hours per week, with evening/night shifts (7p-7a or 11a-11p) and every third weekend required. You will be working in a certified stroke center with a primary angioplasty program, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of staff, including board-certified emergency department physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, respiratory therapy, phlebotomy, radiology, and CT techs, and public safety staff.
Qualifications and RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of MA
- ASN Required, BSN preferred
- BLS required
- 1-2 years critical care experience preferred

This role is based at the Saints Campus of Lowell General Hospital in Massachusetts, USA. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience. Please note that salaries may vary based on individual qualifications and circumstances.
