About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Performance Lead to join our team at StubHub. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing database workloads across hundreds of services and databases to ensure high performance and efficiency.

  • Services Optimization: Design and implement changes to existing services or develop new microservices aimed at optimizing database workloads.
  • Data Management Solutions: Design and develop data management solutions that will be applied across hundreds of services, focusing on improving performance, reducing costs, and increasing engineering agility.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage the migration of large-scale workloads across different databases or environments, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
  • Design and implement frameworks and tools to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize SQL Server queries.

The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000-$275,000 USD per annum, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies.
