Job Description

Our Companion Caregivers are responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This includes helping with daily tasks, such as bathing and dressing, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, dependable, and honest, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home care and support to clients
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Help clients stay connected with the outside world
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including flexible hours, full-time work available, and the opportunity to advance to team leadership positions. Our caregivers also have access to online training programs, including 12 hours of paid annual coursework, and ongoing CEU's to maintain certification eligibility.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
  • Verification of any certifications held
  • Pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
