Job SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Medical-Surgical team at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
- Diploma in nursing or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification
- Additional certifications may be required for specified areas
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with heavier lifting as needed
