Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our team and oversee the management of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring project completion
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security
  • Oversee network architecture and ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and system updates
  • Configure and maintain Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
  • Prior experience leading small teams
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022)
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco networking equipment
  • Prior experience leading projects and making suggestions to the organization on new technologies
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
Benefits and Compensation
  • Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000
  • PTO: 15 days of PTO + 8 Paid Holidays
  • Retirement: 401(k) - 100% up to 3%, 50% on the next 2%
