Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Manager to join our team at Imerys. As a key member of our maintenance organization, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through effective maintenance management and reliability engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead maintenance team in applying best practices to maximize equipment reliability and resource availability.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis and initiate corrective actions to prevent future failures.
  • Optimize spare parts and equipment historical data management to improve maintenance planning and execution.
  • Develop equipment integrity plan aligning strategic planning, shutdowns, and maintenance activities.
  • Manage maintenance projects from concept to implementation, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and develop subordinates for succession planning and improve overall team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in heavy industrial environment with experience in maintenance management, work management, and reliability programs.
  • 5+ years supervising personnel, preferably in a union environment.

Work Environment:

  • Frequent walking, standing, sitting, exposure to manufacturing conditions.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • 60% office, 40% plant environment. On-site position.

What We Offer:

Imerys offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 USD - $160,000 USD, as well as a discretionary bonus and a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K match savings plan, and holidays.
