Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a partnering hospital in Sidney, Montana. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to individual patients and their families
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans
  • Respond to medical emergencies throughout the facility
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • 1-2 years minimum acute care experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle a multi-task environment
  • Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment
