  • Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.
Requirements
  • 3-4 year experienced plumbing license.
  • Residential plumbing experience.
  • Must pass a MVR & background check.
  • Physical dexterity.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to diagnose, service and repair aspects of residential plumbing jobs.
  • Service Titan knowledge a plus.
