Job Summary

Mister B's Pizza & Wings is seeking a skilled Restaurant Host to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring that our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Reservations: Effectively handle phone calls, walk-ins, and online reservations to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Table Management: Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order, ensuring that our guests feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations for complementary products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude, ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
