Ultrasound Technologist PRN Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join our team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our Imaging Department, you will be responsible for performing sonography and vascular procedures, collaborating with other department leaders to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives, and maintaining and achieving daily productivity and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform sonography and vascular procedures as outlined by the State of Texas and departmental protocols.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and achieve daily productivity and quality assurance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) certification.
  • Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate.
