Rental Pool Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Pool Coordinator to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful renewal of management agreements and the growth of units in the rental programs through achieving goals and objectives set by the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality field or property management and possess excellent communication skills. You will also be required to lead, direct, and work independently with minimal supervision, making administrative decisions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and execute strategies to correct deficiencies in unit quality and services
• Lead and coordinate unit renovation projects, working with contractors and preparing documentation of work completed
• Act as a liaison and advocate for owners within the rental program, communicating effectively with headquarters and management
• Participate in a property safety program, conducting joint inspections with general management to identify potential hazards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• College degree preferred, real estate license preferred but not required
• Condominium/resort background preferred
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and pleasant personality

Estimated Salary Range:$54,000 - $72,000 per year, based on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
