Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position with a variable schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays. You will be working in the Inpatient Laboratory, providing direct care to patients and families. Your responsibilities will include performing venipunctures, blood collection from ports, nasopharyngeal swabs, and Rh immune globulin injections. You may also be required to perform limited inpatient and emergency department collections.

Requirements:
  • Current state RN license
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • 3 years Medical/Surgical experience or other comparable nursing experience
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
  • Previous IV Therapy, Phlebotomy, Medication Port access experience strongly preferred
