About the Role

Southcoast Health System, Inc. is seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Physical Therapy services to patients, focusing on preventing disability, relieving pain, and improving motor function.
  • Work under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager or designee to support the VNA Rehabilitation Department.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
  • One year of experience in Physical Therapy is required.
  • Home care experience is preferred.
  • Current License in Physical Therapy in MA and may be required in Rhode Island, subject to geographic area assignment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR certification is required.
