Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Texas State RN License.
- CPR (American Heart Association) certification.
- ACLS (American Heart Association) certification within 6 months of hire/transfer date.
- PALS (American Heart Association) certification within 18 months of hire/transfer date.
- NIHSS required within 90 days of hire/transfer date.
