About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Provide therapy sessions to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Successful completion of National Certification Examination
  • 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
  • Valid SLP license in the state of practice
